Mark LaScola, Managing Principal of OTM, has announced a new and exciting strategic relationship with Sally Parker of Currere consulting headquartered in Cleveland, OH. What makes this relationship particularly exciting is the fact that Sally, while a highly tenured OD practitioner consistent with the means, methods, ways of doing business with OTM, she also brings a huge passion, practical experience and application of Organization Development, Organization Design with sustainability.
Sally is the founder and CEO of Currere, Inc. where the focus has been on helping corporate, governmental, academic, and non-profit organizations integrate the triple bottom line of people-planet-profit to improve performance. She has also consulted to a variety of complex initiatives contributing expertise in organizational culture, strategy, design, multi-party collaboration, leadership development, and sustainability.
Prior to forming Currere, Sally was a founding partner and President of one of the largest commercial architectural and design firms in northeast Ohio, where she worked with Fortune 100 and 500 companies to assess changing organizational and physical space needs and develop plans to maximize organizational and facility effectiveness. Sally brings a real understanding and appreciation of the intersection between facilities, work space and organization design, too.
She is faculty for the Gestalt Center for Organization and Systems Development in Seattle, WA and a Certified Trainer for the Global Reporting Initiative, the gold standard for sustainability reporting. Her work has been highlighted in several publications, including most recently Organizing for Sustainability Volume One and she has been invited to speak at the Academy of Management.
