Sally Breyley Parker, ON THE MARK Strategic Partner

Sally is a highly experienced organizational development practitioner and skilled facilitator specializing in organizational transformation through strategy, design, and capacity development. The founder and CEO of Currere, Inc., her focus is helping corporate, governmental, academic, and non-profit organizations integrate the triple bottom line of people-planet-profit to improve performance. She has also consulted to a variety of complex initiatives contributing expertise in organizational culture, strategy, design, multi-party collaboration, leadership development, and sustainability.

Prior to forming Currere, Sally was a founding partner and President of one of the largest commercial architectural and design firms in northeast Ohio, where she worked with Fortune 100 and 500 companies to assess changing organizational and physical space needs and develop plans to maximize organizational and facility effectiveness.

Sally holds a BA Interior Design, a BS Cultural Anthropology, and an MA Cultural Anthropology (in progress) as well as certificates in Advanced Strategic Organization Design and Organization and Systems Development. She is faculty for the Gestalt Center for Organization and Systems Development in Seattle, WA and a Certified Trainer for the Global Reporting Initiative, the gold standard for sustainability reporting. Her work has been highlighted in several publications, including most recently Organizing for Sustainability Volume One and she has been invited to speak at the Academy of Management.
