New Academic Article on Human Resources Organization Design
ON THE MARK publishes “A Critical Review of the Three-Box Model for HR Organization Design” in WorldatWork Journal.
ON THE MARK (OTM), a leading international organization design consultancy with offices in Phoenix and London, announced the publication of its practitioner article in WorldatWork Journal, a peer-reviewed membership publication with more than 30,000 subscribers in 100 countries. “A Critical Review of The Three-Box Model for HR Organization Design” was initially accepted for publication in December 2010 and was distributed electronically to WorldatWork’s global members in March 2011. The in-print version will be made available in a calendar year Q1/Q2 combined binding.

From Bedroom to Boardroom: The ON THE MARK Story
Nearly 20 years ago, I began my own business in a spare bedroom of my home. The year was 1990. I had an unlimited amount of desire, sufficient levels of denial, and a brand new laptop and printer I had purchased for too much money. In my mind and in my heart, I was ready to be a change agent in every sense of the word. ON THE MARK was born. It didn’t happen overnight though. Three years before, I had been given the opportunity to be a part of an organizational redesign. I volunteered with a team of consultants that helped a company restructure their entire organization for improved efficiency, productivity, and performance.
