Jaimie Leopold has worked for over 30 years with leaders and executives in business, government and philanthropies across the southwest United States. She has provided leadership and leadership development within state agencies, universities and businesses.

Her focus has been on integral sustainable leadership and strategic business and community development. Results focused consulting and performance coaching have been the center of her consulting services. A frequent speaker and facilitator at conferences and strategic planning sessions, Jaimie ensures both creativity and accountability in all her organizational transformation work.

Jaimie holds a Bachelor of Science, Psychology degree and a Master degree in Counseling Psychology and has certifications in mediation, participatory strategic planning as well as Courage and Renewal retreat facilitation.
